Here is what the project form stores and how to manage your submitted information.
What the form stores
Your name, email, optional company, service choice, project description, exact offered amount and currency, preferred date and timezone. Virtual-office requests also store your channel preferences, business hours, approved answers, requested mailbox and phone region, reporting preferences and offer period. Billing requests also store the request type and the project or order reference you supply. We also save submission time, status, studio updates, prepared email records and any project quotes or invoices so the request can be reviewed and handled.
Who can access it
TITAN Arcade’s private client desk lets the studio owner review your brief, prepare replies and create project quotes or invoices. Transactional email, when connected, is sent through Resend; replies go to the configured monitored inbox. Your private tracking link shows project updates and linked documents. Private document links can display the customer name, company, seller details, line items and terms. Anyone with that link can view those updates and delete the brief, so keep it private.
How long it remains available
Briefs are available for up to 90 days from submission. Expired briefs stop appearing in the application and are removed during subsequent intake maintenance. You can delete your brief immediately from its private tracking page.
Website and provider processing
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. An automatically expiring, hashed network identifier limits repeated submissions. This site adds no advertising trackers. If you open an external payment provider, its own privacy information and terms apply.
Contact and sensitive information
Your email is stored for project contact; submitting does not trigger an automatic email. Use the tracking link for updates. Do not include passwords, banking information, identity documents or confidential files in the form.
Keep a copy
You can download your submission receipt and tracking link after submitting. If you lose the private link, it cannot be recovered through a public email lookup.
